Accessibility and usability are the goals by which you measure your success. You probably spend far too much time in Photoshop, you'll have read books or blogs by any of Steve Krugg, Andy Budd, Jeremy Keith, Jon Hicks and more. You may even have read a W3C draft!

If this sounds like you then you may be the person we're looking for. We value that passion and ability, it'll be hard work at times but you’ll reap the rewards.
